Joshua 1:8. Do not let this book depart from your mouth.
Today as i woke up early and started rushing off my unfinished work. I have class at 10am. I look at my watch 815..and thought...its okie still got 2 hours more before i leave home. By the time i completed by work. i realise it was 10am- i was thinking just about time to leave home- just nice for school. Goodness blur me didnt realise i need to leave house by 9am instead of 10 am.
What would u do in such a situation?
Suddenly something struck in my mind. I had not read the word- not on monday and not on tuesday * at least not yet. I cannot stress more that God will do funny things to draw your attention to him. Therefore keep your eyes open, the eyes of your heart- keep them open so that you could see what God's plan for you.
A pure heart that’s what I long for
A heart that follows hard after Thee
A heart that hides Your Word
So that sin will not come in
A heart that’s undivided
But one You rule and reign
A heart that beats compassion
That pleases You my Lord
A sweet aroma of worship
That rises to Your throne
Does your heart follow hard after Him? Does your heart hides His word? Is your heart divided such that the Lord takes only part of it?
As for me, i pray for my heart to beat with more love and compassion- so that a sweet aroma of worship can rise to your throne
